2008 High Season: $450 per nite. Jan. 5-April 11, June 21-August 20 and Nov. 20-28. Off Season: $400 per nite. Holiday Season rates, Dec. 20-Jan. 4, $490 Rates are based on unit type with occupancy level (including children) based on bedding available per unit, no exceptions. There is a 10% discount for a stay of 10 days or more. There is a 25% discount for a stay of 28 days or more. Rates are subject to Hawaii State Taxes; 11.25%. Additional Charges Puamana Registration Fee: $6/day, $60 maximum. Parking Fee: First car free, second car $10, two car maximum. Specials: Book less than 10 days in advance, $300 per nite. All Room and Tax rates are subject to change. Minimum Stay Policy: Holiday season 14 nights minimum (check dates above). Guests to pay checkout cleaning for stays of less then 5 nights. Payment Policy: Three(3) night's deposit is required within 7 days of booking reservations. Final payments are due 30 days in advance, except for Christmas Holiday Season Dec. 18-Jan. 3; when full prepayment is required by October 15th. All final payments are to be made by check or Visa or Master Card. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice of 60 days or more before arrival and all payments will be returned, except for Christmas Holiday Season when 60 days notice is required. Less then 60 days notice refunds are subject to rebooking.There is a non-refundable booking fee of $100 on all cancelled reservations. Maid Service: We provide a checkout cleaning only; additional maid service is available at cost. Your unit will be prepared for your arrival. Starter kitchen and bathroom amenities, i.e.: dish washing liquid, dishwasher soap, paper towels, soap and toilet paper is provided but not replenished. Beach Towels are provided.
